Win with TWT: Charisma Trio Music Concert

Three TWT readers can win double passes to Hunters Hill Music’s next concert on Sunday April 8 featuring the innovative Charisma Trio in Hunters Hill Town Hall, Alexandra Street, Hunters Hill at 2.30pm.

The Charisma Trio, a professional ensemble comprising lecturers from Sydney Conservatorium of Music in Ros Dunlop (clarinets); pianist David Miller AM (Head of Performance Studies) and cellist Julia Ryder, bring their ensemble to a sparkling new level in works by Farrenc and Rota.

Miller is widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading pianists, chamber musicians and vocal accompanists.

He is also highly regarded as a mentor for young ensemble pianists and repetiteurs.

David’s distinguished career has included partnerships with many internationally renowned singers and instrumentalists, and he has been a member of a number of Australian chamber music ensembles.

He has been a guest artist on the staff of the Australian National Academy of Music and also the official pianist for the finals of the prestigious McDonald’s Operatic Aria.

In 2009 he co-ordinated an innovative and highly successful Collaborative Pianist Program at the prestigious Australian String Academy’s Summer School in Sydney.
