HUNTERS Hill’s famous annual Art Exhibition will opened this weekend, and will run through to May 20.

The exhibition features dozens of works of art from talented local, national and internationally acclaimed artists and works range from the traditional to the modern and from portraits to landscapes.

Tickets to the opening can be purchased at the door and are $20 and there will be a buyers preview from 6pm at an entry fee of $25.

The exhibition will be held from Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, on Saturdays from 10am to 7pm  and on Sundays from 10am to 5pm.

“Hunters Hill is the perfect destination to spend Mothers Day, great restaurants and cafes combined with a visit to the Hunters Hill Art Exhibition makes for a popular day out,” exhibition promoter Adrian Black said.

“This is an opportunity to discover Hunters Hill like never before on our Art and History Tours visiting historic sites and Pop Up Art galleries.

The Hunters Hill Art Exhibition program includes Pop Up galleries, which are displays of original Australian art in local restaurants, cafes and other businesses.

“Hunters Hill becomes a veritable art village in May with three main Hunters Hill Art Exhibition venues and 20 Pop Up Galleries,” he said.
