With a bunch of different parenting programs out there and what seems like a lot of confusing information to sort through—most of us just take the “muddling through parenting” option.
So says a representative of Ryde Adventist Church who continued: If you haven’t the time for a long series or just want an overview of the issues to be aware of, come along for these four, one hour, presentations. Free of Charge.
Start with recognising the implications of digital technologies to family-life and go on to look at how to get a handle on the behaviour that goes with the ages and stages of your children. Recognising what you as a parent bring to the subject is very important for a successful outcome, also, knowing what has been tested and proven over time to lead to families that work.
While not specifically addressing teenager’s needs, the understanding and tools obtained will go a long way to helping you with your teen. Interact with the presenters on the topics as you go and enjoy their humour, knowledge and personal experience. Both presenters bring post-graduate qualifications and over twenty years of experience in their fields.
Please Register with Arthur 0415400798 to allow presenters to more specifically respond to the needs of participants.
