Eastwood St Andrews celebrates “the beautiful game” and its 60th anniversary

AN EASTWOOD football club conceived in 1958 in the middle of the Indian Ocean is celebrating its 60th Anniversary on Saturday. Husband and wife team collects major title

HUSBAND and wife lawn bowlers Mohan Lal and Maya Lal (pictured) created history at Brush Park Bowling Club recently when they both captured their respective Major Singles titles. It was the first time a husband and wife pairing had collected the major singles trophies in the same season.
