LADY ANNE Funerals of West Ryde invites readers of The Weekly Times to visit its beautiful chapel.
The chapel is located on the Victoria Road premises and includes a comfortable 50 seat guest area, a lecturn for guest speakers, an intimate space to view a coffin, a screen to display family photographs and images of the deceased as well as music facilities and a choice of lighting.
Lady Anne Funerals Assistant Manager Cassie Markham told The Weekly Times the Chapel provides a discreet, comfortable and gracious alternative to church, crematorium and other venues.
“It is an intimate, warm and gentle chapel where we welcome families and friends,” she said.
“We are very much a part of our local community and we offer private viewing, advice with music, outstanding floral arrangements and mortuary services where your loved one remains in our care.”
There is no charge for the chapel use and Lady Anne Funerals can also arrange the celebrant and clergy.
“We take great pride in looking after the needs of our families and guests and we can even organise catering,” Ms Markham said.
“Quiet viewing time can also be arranged and the discreet location of the chapel ensures that no one but invited family members and friends need to know a service is going on.”
Lady Anne Funerals will also work with the family to add a special touch to a funeral, such as candles, ornamental figuerines and even teddy bears on a coffin.
“We are understanding, gentle and respectful.”
The chapel is open for private inspection. To arrange an appointment and for all other enquiries, Lady Anne Funerals is located at 904 Victoria Road, West Ryde and can be contacted by phone on 1300 74 00 74 or online, via www.ladyannefunerals.com.au
